We are sorry you are unhappy with your purchase! You have 14 days from the purchase date to exchange or redeem for store credit. Please understand we do not offer refunds.
How do I make my return?
1. Contact at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your items. Let us know if you would like to exchange or receive store credit for your item.
2. Mail back your items before the 14 day window is up. Please include the packing slip. Ship items to the following address:

3. Once we receive the item/s we will send an email notifying you your items have been received and are in acceptable condition for exchange/store credit (see "condition of items for eligible return" below). If an exchange we will ship your items out as soon as we get your return. If a store credit request we will email you a virtual gift card.
IN STORE PURCHASES
SafePort will accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchasing. Items must meet the conditions of items eligible for return (see below).
CONDITION OF ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Items eligible for exchange/store credit MUST be in new, unworn, unsoiled and in sellable condition with all tags in place.
If we receive a returned item that has been damaged, worn, soiled, altered, laundered or is missing the tags then no credit will be issued. You will be responsible for shipping costs and the items will not be returned to you until shipping costs have been paid.
Sale items are final and are not eligible for exchange, store credit or refunds of any kind.
Once an order has been placed (including pre-sale orders) it cannot be cancelled. Please be a mindful shopper!
In the event of a defective item Safeport will replace immediately. Defective merchandise must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase date. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.
